Approaching the inner landscape from Presence
You do not have to pick a type of session from below. Often times the work is a hybrid. All sessions have the foundation and intention to simply slow down, sit in silence and presence for a period and follow what emerges. If you would like more focus or a specific intention. These are different forms and containers.
PRESENCE BASED INQUIRY
How do you related to what arises when you slow down and turn your attention inside? Whatever happens is the prefect starting point, regardless if it is resistance, contraction or openness and space. We can hold a range of experiences while exploring and navigating the inner landscape together. These present moment, soul based, body centered, facilitated inquiry sessions call forth innate presence, compassion, and curiosity and with a deep honoring of "what Is." This gentle approach does not bypass or attempt to push past any experiences of "resistance."
The field of Presence is open, accommodating, discerning and embracing. It is inherently welcoming of what arises and allows for clear seeing. This compassionate seeing is in itself healing and is the foundation of transformation.

Are there challenges or confusions in your contemplative or mindfulness based practices? Have you found that after years of practice that it has begun to feel more complicated or confusing when you sit or approach inner work? There is another side of practice that isn't always advertised and isn't experienced as light, love, peace and flowers. It can be difficult and put us right up against deep and difficult aspects of personal and collective conditioning.
There is support and space to slow down, uncover beliefs or ambitious parts that maybe leading and influencing the approach as well as learn and implement internal resources, grounding, and ways of connecting to the body in effective and safe ways.
These sessions are more didactic and are an opportunity to: fine tune your approach to inner practices, learn somatic resources, or ways of working with the nervous system that is balanced and gentle.
They can also be for guidance and support in clarifying your path, options and values in life.
IFS GUIDED SESSION
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is an neuro-biologically informed approach to create dialogue and relationship with our internal systems through a parts lens. The approach often allows for compassion, clarity and the ability to create more harmony and integration in our internal system. We learn directly from these parts of us, and not our conceptual mind. IFS is grounded in our spiritual nature and it is very honoring of each aspect of our experience. It can help illuminate some of the hidden dynamics and attitudes we hold. The work can be very powerful and is held in a clear container and format. This is particularly helpful when working with our relationship to our "ego," conditioning, our mind and spiritual practice. Sometimes it is a part of us that is driving our inner work in a way that is not in our best interest. We can become curious and see if there are ways to approach things differently, while honoring the original intention. The spirit of this approach is summed up by the Rilke quote, "Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.”
This work is born of the experience of the healing energies inherent in presence, being and light that emerge during sessions, combined with training in craniosacral, Reiki Tummo and other modalities. This work transcends time and space and works long distance and maybe in silence, or with prompts, or impressions that emerge during the session.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM PRESENCE BASED INQUIRY?
Unless otherwise requested, sessions will start with a period of meditation. It can be silent or guided or a combination.The intention is to rest into Presence, Awareness, Beingness as a felt sense in the body.This is the foundation and ground of the session. When called for session may consist of sitting in meditation and Presence together for longer periods of time.
HOW WILL WE MEET FOR THE SESSION?
Sessions are all either online with video or over the phone. Session will be through Zoom which is a free platform that can be encrypted and only requires a minimum of 7mbps internet speed to work well.
