MORE ABOUT ME
Support For Your Journey
Colin has been deeply committed to inner work and contemplative practice for the past 20 years. Totaling more than 4 years of retreats. He has learned a lot about the approach to inner work during this time, often in a trial by fire. As a teenager with strong martial arts training, he approached yoga and meditation with the same Yang qualities. He has learned that storming the gates of inner work and spiritual development can create more challenges along the way. As a result, he has come to value a more nuanced and honoring approach. He has come to a relationship with deep inner places of darkness as well as the bright light and grace of presence. Along with his wide open heart, deep care and attuned empathy, Colin offers an open and strong presence that people can drop into. As a result he is a good guide for helping other navigate the tricky inner terrain of awakening and embodying Presence. He has a background in bodywork, craniosacral therapy, energy work, mindfulness based trauma informed somatic approaches, and years of training as a psychotherapist that inform his foundation and approach. He completed a heart-centered mentorship program where he began to develop his unique and continually unfolding approach.
